We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location, just outside of the city center, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The hotel facilities were great, including the restaurant and pool area. The staff was extremely attentive and eager to please. The location was superb – situated in a green lagoon area with forests and rivers all around, away from the mayhem of the city but still a short distance away.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the gorgeous hotel and the friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted with refreshing glasses of lemonade. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great view of the central square and pool. The pool itself was delightful, and I enjoyed taking a dip and doing some laps. The gym was well-equipped and had air conditioning, which was a nice touch. The meals at breakfast and in-room dining were phenomenal, with a wide range of options from traditional Keralan to Indian and Western cuisine. The staff, especially Kiran Kaur and Abhisha in reception, were exceptional and provided warm and attentive service.
